Refund Policy

You may return any item from our standard range within 28 days of delivery, provided it is in resaleable condition, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Incorrect or Faulty Items:
  We will arrange and cover the cost of returns where the goods are incorrect or faulty.

• Processing Time:
  Returns may take up to 15 working days to process.

• Excluded from Returns:
  Unless defective or supplied in error, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customised garments (e.g., embroidered, printed, or badged)

  • Items made or assembled to customer specification

  • Special colours or sizes outside our standard range

• Repair/Uplift Clause:
  Meelmore reserves the right to repair or collect goods before offering a replacement or refund.
